As technological change is happening ever more rapidly, senior or older members of staff can too easily find themselves isolated. Reverse mentoring could be a simple, informal and effective way to learn.
The more senior party would become familiar with the latest trends and learn how to use social media, all of which would inform their professional and personal life.
The more junior party would gain confidence in their ability to communicate and share their knowledge, and develop a really good contact.
